We’re looking for a product advocate and community builder to join our team. You’ll be responsible for building out our community strategy and empowering our users with relevant content, technical docs, tutorials and other helpful one-to-many educational resources. You’ll be representing Iteratively at conferences and events and proactively engage in data communities helping out where you can. You’ll work closely with our head of growth on actionable guides and blog posts and our CTO on keeping our documentation always up-to-date and meaningful.

In your day-to-day you will:

• Inspire and educate prospects and users of Iteratively through detailed technical guides, product demos, webinars and tutorials
• Be a proactive owner of docs.iterative.ly, working with product team on getting new documentation live, updating existing docs and improving the overall UX and accessibility of the site
• Engage online and in person (when possible) with data communities around the world, helping out and giving back to the community
• Represent Iteratively at online and offline events with engaging talks and presentations
• Devise and execute Iteratively’s community strategy to grow our reach and engagement in collaboration with our head of growth
• Talk frequently to customers and people in the data community to stay on top of the real-life data challenges teams are facing 
• Work closely with the Iteratively technical support team to answer any customer queries and continuously improve our knowledge base and self-help resources
• Identify product gaps and opportunities to better serve our customers. Work with our engineering team to develop additional features based on your insights

• You’ve spent many years in the data and analytics space, either as a practitioner, consultant or working for an analytics vendor 
• You’ve felt first-hand the pain and challenges that emerge from poor quality data and you’re passionate about helping teams fix that
• You have experience writing technical documentation, internal or external 
• You’re comfortable presenting to live audiences and enjoy giving back to the community by sharing your expertise with others
• You are a self-starter who takes initiative and is energized by building a prosperous data community
• You’re an excellent communicator; you can distill complicated topics into something clear and succinct
• Bonus if you have experience in open source developer relations and advocacy
